I can't say I'm strictly vegan, but I probably eat vegan 5 or 6 days a week.
And ya I have no problem with it. I like it. I also eat few grains, so it's fruit and vegetables and I do feel my skin got clearer, my periods less painful and I have more energy, but no I didn't lose weight

I hate meat so vegan is best for me. Yeah,.. But my anemia gets crazy bad! :(
Oh yea... I tried that, then I started seeing dreams of me tearing ships apart and eating them raw... Later I found out those wernt dreams... I had no idea what I had been eating... A couple people went missing in the neighborhood...
So yea, try it see what happens.
Im vegetarian but was on a vegan diet for a few months when I was training every day, I didn't feel different and I could not tell if i was gaining anything as I was become fit really quick anyway.
I like cheese to much to stay vegan - vegetarian suits me fine.

I would like to be vegan too. But it's pretty expensive as far is I know.
