Keep a window open and see if you start to feel better. If you live in an apartment it's probably an environmental toxin. I was a property manager in California and found lots of landlords not taking care of water leaks that led to problems. I got sick and learned the hard way. so keep windows open, even at night, look for strange smells like wet gym locker socks around the place. You don't want the science names for the toxins this soon, but they're not pretty. I think that's what's going on.

Are you like this even in the summer or spring time? If you went to the doctors and they see nothing out of the ordinary wrong with how much your sick you was just cursed with an immune system not as good as others.
You could be vitamin deffiecent (sp) and it could just be the seasons because it is so cold! Try taking some multi vitamins and probiotics bc I know that some vegetables might not have all of the nutrients like B12 and such.

Get some blood work done you could have a thyroid problem or be anemic. Ginseng helps boost your immune system and helps protect you from getting sick. I used to by Red Dragon Imperial Ginseng I do believe it was called basically the Asian variety I recommend. Might want to check your sleeping habits also that can make a huge difference to your health.
You might be over doing it with working out
you can't work out on a empty stomach
got eat a healthy breakfast.
Yogurts good for the Immune system drink
lots of water, drink natural pure orange juice
add some greens to your diet like veggies

It has to do with diet. Do you get enough vitamins? Try Emergen-C. Its a vitamin supplement for the immune system. The immune system will build up if you feed it what it needs.Your immune system is most likely weak.
