I'm overweight but eat healthy. Is that OK?

I'm not severely overweight, but I'm making small changes to lose weight. I lost two pounds by swapping McDonald's, ice cream, oreos, and pizza with fresh fruit and veggies. McDonald's is GROSS!!

I also swapped soda, orange juice, tea, coffee, and lemonade with water. Water is delicious!!

For exercise, I do tons of walking... Everyday for 30 minutes to an hour.

Is there anything else I should do? Feel free to critique me :)

I eat around 1,200 calories a day.
