What's the longest you went without soda?

For me, it's been two months :)
And the good thing is I'm not even craving it.

I don't like pop. So the last time I drank some was years ago maybe. The only soda I drink is grape or maybe another fruity one (like Jarritos) but ice cold, almost frozen. But even then, I only take like 1 or 2 sips, I don't really finish it.

I honestly can't remember the last time I drank soda. It's been years.

probably since Thanksgiving. i don't want it. it's just sugar and crap. ice + water + some lemon or lime juice is just as divine. refreshing. oh. and healthy :D

It's been like 4 or 5 years now. I stopped cold turkey one day because I heard it influences anxiety. So yeah, just cut it out just to be safe

Not that I remember, no. I was aware about withdrawal headaches also, but fortunately didn't experience them.

Yeah, headaches are no biggie if you do end up getting them anyway. If you lost a leg after stopping soda, that's a different story... lol

Have you ever tried adding some citrus to water? It's really tasty and so healthy. You can squeeze some lemon and lime wedges into sparkling mineral water and it's like natural Sprite.

It's been 3 months for me. Soda is so bad for you and it's been the answer for why I had very painful menstrual cramps in the past.

Yes, it's just horrible. I wish they'd stop selling it period.
Not only does it make period cramps worse, but it can ruin your teeth and cause weight gain.
Just thinking about it makes me nauseous >_<

I live in the only state in the only country were coke is out sold by a milk drink I seldom drink any soda. ITS A FARMERS UNION ICED COFFIE or its nothin. Unless its been mixed with bourbon I haven't had soda for a few years..

Flavored water is delicious!! My mom starting buying it, and after she let me have a sip, I fell in love with it. I almost drank her whole bottle.

I can go months without one. Learned to do Crystal Lights flavors and just plain water. Works just fine. I get 2 lt of fluids in every day.

The time between Easter and mid-summer... I have no idea how it started, but my family has a tradition of having root beer and cream soda on Easter , Thanksgiving, Christmas, and never any other time. I have no clue why...

I've never drank it on a regular basis. I really only drink water. On rare occasions (1-2 times a year), I may have a little sip when there is nothing else, but otherwise, I am soda free!
