Is it possible to repress a memory so much that you have absolutely no recall of it at all?

Is it possible to have been abused in your childhood but not remember it at all? Sometimes I feel like maybe something happened to me but I just don't remember?

I repressed, for the longest time, a memory of my cousin making me touch his penis when I was little. This happened when I was about 7 or 8, and I'm now 21 and started thinking of it again about 2 years ago.

Yes, the mind can do its best to forget but the body cells doesn't lie if you experienced uncomfortable feelings arising out of moments. Your body carry those memories repressed.

The hynoptherapist or go into silence. I mean, don't watch tv or turn on radio. Just go about your day doing stuff without those noise interfering your subconsciousness. The memories will surface through the unpleasant feelings or sudden fear or anger that comes out in those silent moments.

There's an odd mark on my forehead. It's kind of like a scar but it's indented... As if I hit my head really hard and it took skin off. I've always wondered where it came from cause it's been there as long as I can remember.
