I am really trying to lose weight. Does anyone have any awesome tips?

Okay so here is my problem. So I have been trying to lose weight. But its been really difficult. I do cross fit and pretty much lift rx weights during workouts and now I am trying to add some cardio also. I have been trying to run 5 miles a day but made it so far to 2 miles (yay!!! without using my inhaler :) ). Last but not least I eat clean (no sweets, salt, bread, or milk) like veggies, chicken, fish, and sweet potato.

I don't know why its hard for me to lose weight. Especially around the belly area. My body looks great blew but above its just monstrous (looks like muscle and fat mushed together lol). Do you think that fat burners will help like hydroxycut or any other supplements?

Last thing I am 21 not obese just a little over weight. I weigh 145 pounds and am 5'2 in height. I hope someone can give me some awesome tips in losing fat/weight. Thank you so much for your time I really appreciate it.
