How do you feel afterwards?
Besides sweaty and tired... I feel sexy after a workout... maybe I'm weird.
I find working out can be fun but I want to stay fit.
Hmm. In general I started working out primarily to feel better about myself and maybe mentally better.
I then took up boxing because i was interested, and now I workout, specifically, to be a better boxer. I don't think I'd have the motivation to push as hard conditioning if i wasn't going to be in the ring.
Honestly, afterward I normally feel okay for a while, then just tired. I do not feel 'good'. I have family members who do, and feel antsy if they don't work out, and they've always exercised. i don't get that, and i have to -choose- to do it more.
I just force myself to do it. I also turn on some exciting music which gets gets me in the mood to move my body and do things related to exercising. It works. I don't enjoy the working out but I do it for my health because I care about my health more than anything. I just feel tired and kinda hungry.
I've always been working out in some way. It started with sports, then the fitness classes at my school and when i got to try crossfit, i learned that i enjoyed working out and feeling strong. It's a stress reliever, gives me something to do and it starts my day. I feel really good after a work out! I feel tired but in a good way and i like going to the gym early in the morning.
I run because it tamps down my depression. I don't feel sexy afterward, but I do feel confident... and sore.

I do it because I have to in order to be better
at one of my hobbies, well two I guess, but not
really the second..
Anyway, I like the feeling of getting
better/improving on myself, nothing beats it. ^.^
I want to stay healhty and when i work out i feel energetic, happy. That is mostly why i work out actually.
I have this wantingness to be able to crush the planet with my barehands... thats why I work out... and I feel pretty confident afterwards...
Workout keeps you healthy physically as well as mentally. I feel amazing afterwards.
Remaining healthy basically.
