1200 calories diet & not losing weight?

I started on a 1200 cal. diet about 6 months ago (July). Lets say I was following the diet and doing exercises like 6 times a week. I was walking and doing zumba 2 times per week till October. In October things got a little complicated because im college student, and i was overload with work. But i decided to keep the calorie intake (1200) the same but i did reduce the exercises (not walking and 1 time per week zumba). I have lost a total of 29 pounds since July, but now i feel Im not losing any... what can i do? i certainly cannot go below 1200 cal a day, but i need to loose weight badly for my health and self confidence. What should i do, besides the logical increment of exercise?

PS: I'm really struggling, and i'm considering taking a metabolism booster.. but i don't really want to do that. I have to loose like another 30 pounds, in reality I should loose 10 lbs to be in a healthy range for my height, but i really would like to loose 30 lbs since that its what i have weighted all my life before this episode of massive weight gain.
