Why do I gain weight so easily? I gained 3kg 1 day!!! If you're wondering about my diet, I don't eat ice creams, starbucks, burgers, chips, and junks. Whereas I eat healthy foods all the time and move around often (I'm on vacation, so I walk around everywhere and go to the gym and swim lightly). I don't grow taller. I'm 15. So if you please, would you explain WHYYYYYYY

The most I have put on in a day is 6 lbs and human weight will fluctuate throughout the day. My actual weight is is around 8st 6lbs and it can go up to 8st 10lbs by the evening, and then when I wake up the next day it's back to 8st 6/7 lbs again.
If someone is putting on weight it's because they're not burning off the calories that they are taking in and you don't have to eat unhealthy foods for that to happen.

It's mostly water-weight. In the morning, you wake up dehydrated because you don't drink in your sleep but still breath out water.

Your 15, you might be building muscle mass.
