No. All cells contain DNA including blood cells, but it can't be changed with the entering of different blood. Your body takes whatever nutrients it needs from that new blood and/or uses it as an oxygen carrier, it doesn't extract the DNA. If it could, blood donations wouldn't be allowed to take place. I'm also fairly sure that DNA in blood cells purely tell it what do which is pick up and release oxygen, nothing like hair colour, skin colour etc.
