If you are sick with the flu are you supposed to keep warm?

My boyfriend wants me to bundle up while I'm sick. He's got me in long johns, turtleneck, hoodie, sweats, wool socks, and a beanie and I'm supposed to dress like that until I'm better. Will this work or is he overprotective? :)

This will work.
When you bundle up, your body temperature will be higher, and this will kill the viruses inside you.
Just keep your self hydrated - drink much hot tea!

Try taking Asian ginseng or cold fx, get lots of sleep, eat lots of fruits and veggies and keep warm. Hope your feeling better soon!

Over protective. Your body will naturally stay warm and you risk over heating yourself. Just stay comfortable and try and sleep it off as best you can.
