How to deal with acne?

So i need as many opinions as you can give me on this, im 22 years old and the only think who seems to work is eating healty, any help?

1) Don't use medications
2) Change your pillowcase/sheets/wherever a lot of your face oils tend to accumulate
3) Wash your face in the shower with water and some decent scrubbing
4) Eat healthier
5) Drink more water
6) Stop stressing over it

Prescription medicine as opposed to over the counter really really helped me and the big one was keeping stress down. I would talk to your doctor.

yeah thats way too expensive... i was thinking about some homemade recipe but thanks anyways

I'm about 21 and I have acne.
Just try to remember to wash your face at night.
Aside from that, just wait 5 years?
