Personally, I believe that we're here to experience trials along with joy and to learn and grow and prove ourselves to God and if we're worthy enough we will get to live with him again some day. But that's just my beliefs. It's quite normal to question the meaning of life and the purpose of ones existance. But if you soley want to talk about tips on anxiety then here's some things to keep in mind. Find your triggers. It seems for you, thoughts about the meaning of life is a trigger that sends you into a panic. So when you start to think about it, try some breathing exercises, meditation, or something to help focus and relax your thoughts. You can try to occupy your mind by doing something else or even, putting the focus on someone else besides yourself.

well... you're too over thinking... please avoid that habit cause that may lead to paranoia that can end into nervous breakdown or psychosis or other mental disorders... what I can advice is to relax, calm yourself then do something that will keep you busy... after that contemplate and just think about positivity... try to ask your friends to come over and just talk and talk about the happy days... Everything will be okay... Don't give up... treat this anxiety as an opportunity for you to prove that you can overcome human problems! God Bless...
If i start getting to caught up my your own thoughts, I quickly try and think of kittens, puppies, cows, and bunnies. These calmed me down and kept me from anxiety attacks. It worked best to look through pictures of them if I could
