Have you ever warn karete clothing on your way to class instead of changing when you get there? Is it considered disrespectful?

I don't have time between karate and work ir karate and swimming before work- unless I do everything very efficiently.

Wearing the clothes to the gym saves me a lot of time. That way I can shower which I need to do before work. I don't want to insult anyone. I think someone said you're only supposed to wear it in the dojo but im nit sure if that's a hard fast rule.

I don't take Karate, but rather taekwondo, and I always change before I get there, and then when I get home, I've been doing it since I was 4ish, I'm a black belt now, and no one had ever corrected me, so I would assume it's fine. They are different arts though, so it may be different for you.

Do people stare when you leave class? I mean people not in your class?

No, they don't stare, and it's okay. Lol. They kind of back a way a little sometimes, out glance and probably think, "Oh she's in martial arts", but no hard stares are given. Lol.
