I'm 16 years old, a male, 5 foot 7 inch and 129 pounds. For around 3 months, I've been eating around 1400 calories a day to lose weight (and it worked with my exercise). Enough about that, the main question is : what would happen if I ate an increased amount of calories the next day (I heard BMR slows down if you eat a reduced amount of calories needed by body)? (ex: I ate 1400 calories one day but the next day I ate 2500 calories. what would happen?)
One day isn't enough to do damage, but if you eat less than 1,000 calories for a few days straight, your body will go into starvation mode and will conserve every calorie it can instead of burning them.

one day of increased caloric intake isn't going to do any damage in the long run. it's takes an extra 3500 calories to put on one pound. but why are you trying to say so grossly thin?
