Easy healthy meals for weight loss?

What are some easy good recipes to lose weight? I'm not one that likes to go to the grocery store everyday to get stuff for a meal. I want to lose weight but I want east healthy meals.

cut simple carbs way down.

complex carbs should be appropriate to your activity level, and more towards breakfast and lunch unless you work out at night, imho.

eat real food. you will get sick of processed stuff, simple real food is easy.

Things i eat a lot of:
- shake with egg whites (carton) greek yogurt (plain) and some fruit.
- omelettes
- lean meat or fish with vegetables. you can throw a fish fillet and some vegetables in a steamer together for 10-12 minutes and they;re done. Same with shellfish. People often forget things like shrimp are actually pure low fat protein - they're viewed as 'tasty' so they can't be good! but they are.
- for lunch, i make up a weeks worth of a couple 'salads', then each day pack some vegetables, cheese, bought falafels and the salads. one is a bean salad (mixed beans, lentils, hot pepper infused oil (tobasco would work plus olive oil lol), balsamic vinegar, some chopped nuts, cranberries, shallots bell peppers. the other is quicoa with honey and apple cider vinegar, with chopped nuts, dried apricots, green onions...

Prep your meals, it makes things way easier, and other things less tempting. stay away from carbs unless your really active, carbs give you energy. You don't need energy if your sitting lol, as for recipes goto Atkins,21 day fix, beachbody. They all have great recipes.

Low to no carbs and lots of cardio with in 2 months you'll feel and look great. there's no such thing as an "easy" weight loss, its hard work and dedication, if it wasn't obesity would be myth.
