Neither one is effective. The Master Cleanse just makes you lose a lot of water weight which eventually comes back, and the Juice Fast is a VLCD which can lead to other health concerns because you're still getting ridiculous amounts of sugar. Your best bet is moderate calorie deficit plus regular exercise following a structured workout plan.

the best way is to eat 4-5 small meals during the day in order to lose way. don't do any crazy stuff
Lifestyle change and a well-balanced diet that takes time and effort and dedication. No "quick" diet or "weigh-loss suppement" is healthy or good for long-term weight control. There is so no short-cut to losing weight, it is about changing your lifestye and adapting to healthier habits.
