TECHNICALLY you're a pear because your hips are larger than your chest measurements. But it's so close that you could also be an hourglass. I'm inclined to rule out rectangle because of how large of a difference there is between your waist and other measures but without a picture it's hard to tell.
I'm 32-23-32 which is a similar difference but I'm a rectangle. No one in their right mind would look at me and say I were an hourglass. So... yeah. Pictures are helpful.
You are right at the border of pear and hourglass, but you are a pear. If you can get one more inch off your waist while maintaining the other 2 you woukd qualify as an hourglass. Dress to bring focus on your waist and wear clothing that emphasizes the fact you have a small waist.
