Although this may seem ideal, my ideal weight is 94 pounds or 43 kg. I like to be under 100 pounds in general, if I go over it leaves me feeling uneasy.
What makes this so tricky, is that I do not cut out any food, I eat completely normal, with cookies cakes and pizzas. When I see myself at 99 lbs, I find myseld exercising more and drinking more water.
This is why I am so confused, I still eat normally, but does these qualities I do have classify as an eating disorder? This was really hard to ask and I wanted to be anonymous but I felt I should be open if I wanted real answers.
