Could I possibly have a tape worm?

No matter how much I eat or how full I may be I'm always wanting to eat it's getting frustrating because my doctor won't give me appetite depressants to help. Even my BMI states that I'm over weight for my height. How can I concur this hunger feeling?

If you're border line over weight, it's for sure not a tape worm. Those make you skinny. But I'd recommend drinking large glasses of whole milk. They really fill you up and the fat won't really stick to you. But they are real good at making you feel full

But I think non fat yogurt smoothies r best. They have plenty of protein to keep u full. Whole milk has too much sugar

Yeah but that's the point. It fills you up good. Eating just protein won't fill you up. It takes the little bit of sugar in whole milk to help you digest the protein. That's how it fills you up

Eat more filling foods, or more healthy food FACT celery is a negative calorie food, you get less calories from eating it than how many calories it takes to digest it and process it, so eat celery

Also, whatever is in grape fruit actually makes your body lose weight and manage your metabolism better
