I run about 5-6 miles then I do pull ups, chin ups, squats, and/or dead lifts. One day I do the pull ups and chin ups, the next day I do squats and dead lifts. I also do core workouts after my run, besides that I don't do anything else, everything is covered.

Day off today. Tomorrow is upper body, then the day after lower body.
Cross trainer, rowing machine and maybe some arms... But I have a neck muscle injury at the moment and I haven't been to the gym this year AT ALL so I'm expecting to be sore tomorrow :(

Cue guilt trip for missing gym the past couple weeks. Adductor injury, already recovered but haven't gotten back on the horse. Best do something about it!

Yesterday I did 10 mins crossramp, about an hour doing a circuit of weights working everything, and then some free weights for my arms, then 20 minutes crossramp.
Today is a rest day :)I'm a cardio addict but I prefer running outside around my neighborhood. I charge up the iPod and track my run with the Nike App.
Core, butt, arms and thighs. I might add a little chest. Then leg and back stretches.
