2-3 times a week.
On mondays usually arms and abs with 30min cardio.
Wednesdays mostly cardio since its a two hour zumba class
Saturday or Friday (depends on my schedule) mostly legs plus cardio.
Sometimes I have my "cheat days" but it's mostly because it's a friends bday so lol.
I try switching juice for water but it hard when you have type one diabetes :( my blood sugar always goes low.

Exercise 2-4 times a week for about 40 minutes to an hour.
Lifting weights is so good for you! And i usually run for 10-15 minutes at the end.
Food wise, lots of water and barely any processed foods. I eat a lot of chicken breast, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, avocadoes etc. Just basically produce, rice, pasta, and chicken. And then the occasional cookies because you can have some junk once in a while :)
