Please help me how do I cover up cuts?

I used to cut... I got a scar and stopped but today I had a breakdown and I couldn't help myself. What do I do I have netball tomorrow and we wear short sleeves. It on my wrist please help.

I can't wear any makeup or wristbands/bracelets

I used too cut myself 24/7 and to be honest its hard too hide because u wear short sleeves or lie about how u got the cuts my advise to u

Cover it with some concealer and foundation. Or wear a wrist band.

I have sport so that's why I can't wear any makeup or wrist bands

Honestly than there's no way to hide it. The only thing I can think of is liquid bandaid and concealer
