Piggyback? About 1.25x my own bodyweight because I have the proper technique down. Bridal style? About.75x my bodyweight. These lifts are not so much about strength but technique. Learn more about the biomechanics behind how the deadlift and the hip hinge work and you'll see anyone can do a fairly substantial load for these once they have proper technique down regardless of muscular strength.

Probably 250 bridal style (if they're tall, 200 if they're fat--less grip) and 250 piggyback-- you might think it should be higher than bridal, but once you past 200lbs the weight on your back starts to become awkward weight.. they're either too tall or too wide lol.
130lbs is easy to toss around.
