Has anyone ever used a neti pot to clear out their sinuses?

I need to seriously clear out my sinuses and normal medicine isn't working and I don't have insurance so I can afford a doctor. So have you used one? How well did it work?

I've never used one myself but my husband loves using the neti pot. It does work if you use it right and prepare the solution correctly, but it's just gross. I watched him use it once and it was just... ughhhh. lol.

I've never tried it, but my father swears by it.

I've found a saline nasal spray works very well.

I tried the spray but that didn't work :(

I have used one. Works well, in my opinion, but I do add prescription medicine to mine. I have BAD sinuses.
