Just wondering cause it seems like runners and bikini models and everything have zero cellulite and i want that.. I have cellulite on the back of my thigs that i hate due to genetics even though I am not fat.
You don't have to focuss on leg and butt. Every general workout that reduces fat and stimulates blood circulation will do it. But be patient and give it time. Those things don't happen in a few weeks.

Actually with running you should give massage to your thighs cause cellulite at back have to expand for burn up n do killer squats for better results 😊
yeah... also you need to have a proper diet by the way by eating organic meat and fruits :-)
