I'm 56 and 95 pounds bc I'm very active and it suits my activity level perfectly.
Someone else might say 110 is too thin to keep up energy levels. So it really depends upon the person.
As you lose weight you'll get an idea as to where your body is comfortable. Try to be consistently active. Initially as you lose weight you should feel better lighter and more energetic. Lose weight slowly enough that you'll be able to tell when your energy gets low bc you weigh too little. or are eating too little. At that point adjust your diet or stop losing weight.
Try not to lose more than one pound a week and don't eat less than 1200 calories. ( I'm sure guy food way at least 1500 to start with depending on how heavy you are ATM) Day and make sure you what at least one half to one gram protein per pound of body weight and lots of vegetables. Get at least 9 hours of sleep and at least an hour if exercise a day :)

i am 5'3 and i weigh 127.4 pounds and i am supposed to be 114 pounds... but if you look at me you will think 104 pounds... i have heavier bones and bit much fat than muscles. So looking at weight according to our height is not really correct... concentrate on losing body fat. But not too much as you will still need a tiny bit for the body to function. :)
My opinion is to not look at weight, it's just a bad indicator, and it doesn't really tell you anything
If u want to lose fat, focus on body fat percentage, other than that, just ignore weight

I think you should aim for 120-125 if you want to be healthy and fit. Yes these activities will definitely help you get into shape and work towards your goal.
I am 5'6" and 140 lbs, but I still look lean. You have to look at your fat/muscle ratio. That is more important than your weight.
115-120 pounds would be considered skinny in my book. If you're doing sports, I am pretty sure you're going to weigh more because you gain muscle.
135 at the very least, if you over diet, you will have a flat chest, permanently, since you are still going through puberty
115 - 120 pounds should work well.
5'5 - 114 to 149 lbs.
5'6 - 118 to 154 lbs.
