If you want muscle make sure you have at least 4-5 seconds of 'Time Under Tension' which means lifting the weight slower.
Upper arms: Bicep curls; and Over gead tricep extension (triceps); Delts; Shoulder press; Bent over rows.
Forearms; Wrist curls and reverse wrist curls.
Chest; Bench press and inclined bench press (or dumbbell chest flys)
Upper back: Bent Over rows
Traps (upper back): shoulder shrugs
Lowerback; deadlifts
Thighs and butt; squats
Is there anyway to control wether you get size or lean muscle when doing squats?
What do you mean lean muscle? Muscle is muscle.. If you're skinny and have muscle thats lean muscle
I just didn't want to gain any size when I'm working on my legs. I've already lost 50 lbs, so as I'm losong more weight i was hoping i could do something to slim down sithout gaining too much muscle mass.
Don't lift as heavy ahah :) goodluck and keep up the good work :)
Bullshit

Body exercise get you extremely lean muscles.
Low weight high rep gives you lean muscle that's larger than preexisting muscles but not too much bigger
High weight low rep gives you bigger muscles t
I suggest googling these so you understand the difference but this idea can be applied to basically any body weight exercise
Also spring for the big booty, you don't want I have a huge upper body with chicken legs. (Also big butts on guys are sexy as hell, but that's just me)
Yeah I'm not trying to get "chicken legs" lol, but I'm just trying to slim down on my thighs and butt, because they are already unproportional to my upper body which i have managed to slim down a lot.
Yeah there are just too many guys at my gym oh look like this

I love the pull-up. There is a million different variations that you can do, and it's among the most demanding and difficult upper-body workout. It works the shoulders, back muscles, the inner biceps, the forearms, and the abs. I saw results within weeks of consistent pull-up work outs. Supplement the pull-ups with push-ups and sit-ups to build stability. It works wonders. Good luck.
If you regularly do push ups, run and do basic abdominal exercises, you should be fine. Also don't eat any fat food and soft drinks. At least try to minimize them.
