Is it weird that I eat stake for breakfast, lunch and dinner every other day?

In the mornings I like hate to eat breakfesty foods and I'm allergic to milk so like I eat beef sandwhich and for lunch I would eat stake and for dinner I would eat stake or beef sandwhich. So like I don't know if that's weird or not. Opinions?

cut down on the red meat a bit, especially closer to bed time
I love steak for breakfast its the mexican way!
i used to drink a corona con tacos di bistec every morning before work!

every other day isn't so bad though, just make sure, the portions aren't huge like a pound of steak a day and make sure you eat the veggies for healthy digestion.

I do eat a lot of veggies and I usually have to eat that amount of protine cause I do a lot of sport so I'm not to worried about that. I was just wondering if it's like a weird habit

nah not so weird, maybe for a girl, especially if you are active, steak is a great source of protein!

well i guess when u compare it to the usual bacon and eggs, or breakfast burgers at maccas it makes sense [i can never do it]

just do what u like i guess. if u feel u wanna have other stuff, juice, fruit and toast are always nice options=] oo so are pancakes or oatmeal. :)
