Losing weight in a sauna is a myth. You lose water weight and thats it.
Don't know exactly for sauna, but you can also eat to loose water. When I only eat fruit and vegatables, no salt, and only sporadic proteins to keep muscle mass, I weigh 1 to 2 kg less because of water loss.

Man... wrestlers/fighters do some unhealthy crap to their bodies.
The more you sweat, the more you lose. You burn anywhere between 300-500 calories in a 20 to 30 minute sauna session and this equals 5 pounds for many people. CP
it has to do with the sweating basically.
maybe 3-4 hrs? i guess...
