I do things like
1) pick my skin (although it's gotten a lot better. my entire teen years I had scabs on my arms, hands, legs, and face from picking, most are gone now but i still pick at the few tiny ones I still have from acne)
2) I pull my hair out, well I tweeze. I don't do it all the time but I get in these moments where I'll sit for like an hour tweezing my bikini hairs and usually it spreads to tweezing my legs and underarms
3) I bite the inside of the cheeks, I do this all the time
4) I have a habit of over wiping every time I use the bathroom, On rare accounts I'll even start spotting a little (blood) from wiping too much or too hard
5) I don't know if this counts but I also over train. I never know when to stop working out and half the time I feel like I should keep going just a little longer (this is after working out for 60-90 mins). I've also ripped muscles in my abs (3 times) from overworking them.
It's weird seeing it all written out b/c i honestly feel fine, i never have BAD anxiety, and i'm happy/content 80% of the time. I eat well, workout, hang out with friends, and even practice mindfulness, yet I'm noticing all the ocd-like behaviors
so do you think I have OCD?
