It's concerning you're leaving your children's health to the decisions of strangers online, but anyway...
Of course you should breast feed! I don't even know why you've had to question whether to do it or not! It's what's meant to happen when you give birth, every animal does it. All offspring need colostrum to build their immune system and to pass on antibodies which protects it from any potential viruses. A mother's milk honestly does incredible things and has so much goodness in, it's overwhelming, it's so good for you! I heard a guy had cancerous tumours and he bought breast milk (which contains stem cells) online, drank that every day and after a few years, the cancer had gone with no other treatment. It's powerful stuff.

Whoa, you are having twins as your first kids? That happened to my cousin last year. Are twins common in your family? Anyway, You should breast feed for the first couple of months at least. Breast milk and feeding is good for the brain development and bonding of mother and child. If you want, check out this documentary called BreastMilk. I hope this is the right one._. firststepnutrition.com/.../BreastMilk_flyer.png
If you can you should. It's much better for babies than formula. It has a lot of stuff in it that formula doesn't (and it doesn't cost you anything). Also, there's a possibility that mothers who breastfeed are less susceptible to breast cancer later in life.
With twins you might need to supplement with formula if you're not producing enough for both.
It is highly recommended that you breastfeed. I don't know exactly the benefits it brings (I don't remember), but there are way more benefits if you breastfeed than if you don't.

Every one has pointed out the benefits to the baby, but there arr some for mom as well.
Breastfeeding kick starts post baby weight loss like no body's business
Breastfeeding creates a bond that only other breastfeeding moms will understand. Rocking them while giving them the one thing only you can give, sweet baby head against your bare skin... it is unbelievably beautiful. You will bottle milk for others to feed them, but only YOU get to share that bond. My favorite times with my daughter are etched in my memory and involve breastfeeding her. It is unbelievable how comforting and beautiful it can be.I would breastfeed for at least 12 weeks. I nursed my daughter 14 months.
our immunities are passed to your child for a small duration of time
Some women lose the weight faster when they nurse. I dropped ALL of my baby weight in 2 months nursing my daughter.
Bonding experience is AWESOME
Breast milk is free..
No bottle washing. Bottles can harbour bacteria and are a total pain in the ass to wash.
Less plastic. You must mix formula with purified water. That is a lot of plastic
Less to carry in your baby bag. No water bottles, no bottles, no formula, no panicking when you leave and forget one of these crucial items.
Good luck and congrats no matter your decision, but I LOVED nursing my daughter. Hopefully you get to experience it if only for a few weeks.Yes, you should. Breastmilk keeps the baby healthy, gives all nutrution. It protects against sickness, infection and allergies. They grow up smarter. It's easily digested..
So, yes, you should. Cause it's the perfect foodYes, you definitely should. I breastfed both of my kids and it is mutually beneficial. You will heal and recover faster from the birth and the colostrum, the first milk that comes in, is like a powerhouse of nutrients for your baby (it also passes on the mother's immunities to baby) and helps them grow stronger. Breastfeeding is the best all-around.
You should do it.
Well, apartness sometimes it can hurts a lot to some women so they have to stop but I think it's for the best to at least give it a tryYes, my cousin breast fed her baby and than later switched to bottling feeding
they highly recommend girls to breast feed now days cause it got more
nutrition for the baby.Of course you should.. You will be giving your babies the very, very best start in life if you do.
Lol.. And thanks, you have just made me even more broody than I normally am. :)It's better than formula, ruins your nipples, and makes you lose weight like nobody's business. So...
Cheaper, easier, healthier and many many tests, including a recent one of over 100 babies studied over thirty years or so, have indicated it significantly affects a child's intelligence and ability to succeed.
It's cheaper and you are very young.. So yeah.. Just breastfeed. O. o
Your 16, power to ya. But yes breast feed bc its important to you newborns since the milk is packed with every vitamin and mineral they will need to develope a brain from the age of 0-3 years old
Yes it's healthy in every way for your babies! I know I will the first few months count. You will bond with them as well and hope they aren't nibblers but yeah I think you should :))
I think it's more healthier than the formula, I forgot what it's called but a mothers milk has a certain substance that builds up the child's immune system and keeps them healthy
In most cases it's healthiest for both them and you, it's cheapest and easiest.
Unless you have poison nipples, I don't see why you shouldn't.
Yes breast milk is the best thing for babies it protects them from diseases and boosts their immune system.
That's what breasts are for! Of course you should nurse them. It's your right woman and a mother.
It's really healthy to your baby compared to formula so highly recommend you do it
I recommend it, but it's up to you.
