Does getting rid of acne and having clear skin really change your whole look?

Does acne really make that big of a difference on someone's whole appeal? I just started taking acne medication for my bumps and dark spots and the odd pimple. Even with makeup it would look clumpy and flaky. I'm just wondering if clear skin really adds points to your overall look?

I think if it helps you feel better about yourself and you're more confident THAT will help change your look. A confident girl is always the most interesting woman in the room no matter how she looks.

It can for some. For others it adds to their appeal.

Case in point, this gal I'm crushing on has a couple of blemishes. They add to her attractiveness. Yeah, I'm "like that". LOL
