Is anyone else getting this virus?

so there is this new virus going around that i'm wondering if anyone else has it. So i have this new virus that i have had for 3 weeks. apparently this virus lasts for 6 weeks. so this virus makes you vomit, you can't control your bowels, you feel immense pressure in your intestines and usually you won't be able to sleep at night. Ever since i got this virus i have not had a full night's sleep. I have been to the doctor and they say you just have to wait it out, there is no medcine to get rid of it. But you can take anti-nauesa meds and pain killers but thats about it. So does anyone else have this or not? And does anyone have any advice on what i should do?

I just never heard a stomach flu last as long as 6 weeks
i would think the doctors need to look into it further and
give you full line of blood work.
You could have Parasite , Food poisoning , Uncontrollable Diabetes
and even something worst
