Well, if you don't want them to know then don't talk about losing lbs. Maybe just act like you aren't on one. My parents know I am trying to lose lbs but I don't tell them how much I lose. Like they keep asking how much you lose but I was like what are you talking about.

Just eat healthier and exercise. Maybe exercise when your parents are not around and If your parents ask about your food, just say you want to eat healthier, so you have more energy.
If you don't mind me asking what's your approximate height/ weight. I've lost like 10 pounds this month but I've been working out 5-6 days a week and eating smaller healthier meals
Let's put this into perspective. Are you over weight?

Your BMI is 22 which is in the healthy zone between 20 and 25. You are even on the low side. Why do you want to loose weight?
You're a normal weight, why on earth would you want to lose even more weight?
