I need want to lose a bunch of weight but need ideas?

I want to lose a bunch of weight but my parents would literally kill me if I even lost a pound. also I want to really stop eating but every time dinner comes around my parents are over my like a hawk. anybody got any ideas on how I can lose weight without my parents finding out immediately.?

Well, if you don't want them to know then don't talk about losing lbs. Maybe just act like you aren't on one. My parents know I am trying to lose lbs but I don't tell them how much I lose. Like they keep asking how much you lose but I was like what are you talking about.

If her parents are going through all that don't you think they're worried about how low her weight already is... you might be giving a girl ideas for a really unhealthy pattern. For all we know the asker could have anorexia.

oh I hope not I am really am overweight and i really do have 30 pounds to lose. I mean I try to hide it from my parents but they start to realize I lost weghit until my long relative starting saying things.

Just eat healthier and exercise. Maybe exercise when your parents are not around and If your parents ask about your food, just say you want to eat healthier, so you have more energy.

If you don't mind me asking what's your approximate height/ weight. I've lost like 10 pounds this month but I've been working out 5-6 days a week and eating smaller healthier meals

That's my weight and height exactly. I'm not overweight.
Don't get skinny. As a girl who struggles to put on weight myself, I'm telling you that the boys want boobs and butt. Something you can't have while having bones stick out everywhere. Just eat healthy and join a gym. The feeling of having a hot body via hard work feels amazing compared to having a thin body via just being lazy and not eating. I used to starve myself, too hunny. I always thought I was fat. But I have learnt that just being healthy is the way to go because some guy out there is going to like your shape whatever it is.

Thanks. 5'4" 125 is normal weight for a girl but if you really want to lose a few pounds just work out as frequently as you can and eat 4 or 5 small meals a day and try not to eat chips or other unhealthy snacks. My Dr told me it's better for your stomach to eat small meals more frequently than to eat 3 big meals.

@asker just do you. I mean find a way to by weekly veg and fruits. Just eat fruits as snack and vegs during meal time. Make a cabage salad or something with fish.

Your BMI is 22 which is in the healthy zone between 20 and 25. You are even on the low side. Why do you want to loose weight?
