I hate seeing guys who just bench press, curls, pull ups, crap like that and then refuse to squat or deadlift.
Squats and deadlifts are much more complicated lifts and require much more skill and attention to form while at the same time work way more muscles than bench press.
The true weight lifter understands the importance of leg day.

I don't have a leg day , I already train my lower body every other day on the stationary bike on top of my weightraining.
I love leg day and my best friend (also lifting partner) HATES IT!!! I don't know why he does though. I squat 195 and he squats 135 so it's a little pathetic at this point
Why do men care so much about their legs, I just don't understand it lol
