Is anyone here a hypochondriac? I am and want some advice?

Maybe its not the right word, but if I'm ever sick and experience a different symptom I assume the worse.

All day I've been crying thinking I have meningitis. I've got a low fever, runny nose, sore throat, and body aches that aren't very bad, they're very tolerable but concerning. There is a bit of pain in the back of my neck and my back and also soreness in my butt muscles and legs (again bearable)

I'm not experiencing a stiff neck. I can move it around fine. I don't have a rash. I do have an on and off slight headache but nothing bad. No photophobia. My fever went down with some aleve. I have also been recently vaccinated. Probably within the last few years (I'm up to date on all vaccines.)

Despite the fact that I don't really have any of the symptoms except some soreness in the neck (which I've read can happen with other viruses) I'm still worried and can't sleep.

I saw the nurse at Walgreens. She says whatever I've got is probably a short lived virus that she can't help me with and I'm just freaking myself out.

I also called my GP and she said the same thing.

I'll also add that I'm slightly lethargic but still able to get up and do things. Not hungry but was earlier and managed a meal.

I'm still flipping out and I can't sleep. Someone assure me
