Try jumping rope, alternating the weight on your feet so as to reduce impact.
Or just walk.
And then stop eating shit with added sugar in it. And more fruits and veggies.
And you can't reduce fat exclusively in one area--it's kind of an all or nothing type deal.
Oh, and don't eat shit with more than 5-7 ingredients on the back label. : )

You can't really spot reduce, if you want to lose inches off somewhere you can't specifically pick a place however you pick a area of your body in which you would like to tone up which would overall look thinner and like you've lost inches on that particular area

Since the thigh mostly consists of muscles, the fastest way would be to stop working out.
