Tomorrow is my last school sports carnival and because I always verse really fast people, I always lose and it's embarrassing. I'm versing a girl who is a little faster than me but not by much, is there any way I can sprint faster in one day? If not, what are some tips for tomorrow?
You cannot get really faster in one day, but optimize your condition. Light and healthy food, lots of water. And exercise your start. You can win some time if you start fluently. And during sprint: keep breathing, don't hold your breath. That's all advise I can give you.

Breathe correctly. You have to do it with both your nose and your mouth. Breath in rhythm with your steps.
