(I don't eat junkfood)
Is there a way I can get rid of this feeling? It'd suck to get an eating disorder.
Do you workout? You can be skinny or underweight while still having a high body fat percentage.
Instead of worrying so much about what/how much you're eating, start a daily fitness routine to help burn fat and promote muscle growth. It'll also help you to feel more comfortable with your body.
Always maintain good posture, that engages your core and makes you appear taller, slimmer, and more confident.
A word of warning though, the stomach is the first place to accumulate fat on men and the last to shed it so don't get discouraged if you don't see immediate progress.
Don't over eat but don't be afraid to eat either. When you start skipping meals it makes your body think there's a shortage of food which will promote the build up of fat.
I walk about 9,3 miles (15km) 5 times a week, I either go swimming (twice a week) or jogging (4 times a week) but for the last month I have only been swimming or jogging once or no times a week because studying takes up a lot of my free time. Now I'm on a break so will have more time to excersize. Something I have done for the last years is not being able to eat that much, if I compare how much I eat during lunchtime in school I eat about one third of as much as everyone else eats.
Some people just don't eat much, I know back when I was in school people used to worry that I wasn't eating enough because I preferred to wait until I was home to eat lunch and I could easily go that long without eating anything.
Walking, jogging and swimming are great for cardio and weight loss but the only one of those that might build a bit of muscle is swimming. Try adding a bit of body-weight training to tone up, it doesn't need to take a lot of time, 15-20 minutes is usually enough, and because the only equipment you need is your own body you can do it anywhere.
You already have an eating disorder if that is how you feel. The trick is to be sure you don't go down the rabbit hole. Eat.
