Your ideal weight would be about 130 lbs, but anywhere between 98 and 145 is still healthy. You could hardly call yourself fat at 108.
I think people really need to get past valuing themselves mostly on their appearance. It doesn't work that way, which must eventually be a great disappointment to some when they find they need to have more things going for them.
Stick to a healthy diet. Your blood type will determine what you should eat, and how much of it. Do a google search "blood type and diet". There are also some foods that should not be combined, and should be eaten separately.
Your blood type will also determine how you should exercise.
Most "dietitians" don't know shit about proper diet.
You're still young, and you have plenty of time.

You don't seem like a confident person you can't teach confidence to someone, but you can learn it I know that sounds kind of confusing , but you can learn it as in you see other people being confident and also practicing at something like say a sport or in your case body image and if you keep practicing you will learn it.
confidence is built. imagine you are a piece of iron and you are being molded based on your life experiences. you can only mold iron with iron so you just need to be tough and look beyond your flawed body which no one is ever content with ever... even the super pretty girls have their insecurities too. you're young and you are still going through puberty... just try to take care of yourself and focus on other things. and also you can fake it til you make it, practice carrying yourself with a straight back and confident walk- have good eye contact always and positive body language. it may feel silly at first but it makes so much of a difference if you have good body language.
Change your diet, slowly. Add in more of the good stuff until eventually the good stuff will outweigh the bad stuff and you'll feel better
I know it's a cliche but you are what you eat. You'll feel better eating well, more awake, more confident and obviously it will change your body
Work out, you don't need to lose weight, so do whatever is fun to you. Working out also gives you confidence. Preferably do a team sport and go to competitions. You've got to learn to be confident then
