Whats a good way to get rid of acne?
(the upper body)
i use 500mg of lysine once or twice a day its good for the skin and hair...wash your hair everyday...eat healthier, remember that if you eat grease your body has more grease to get rid of...toothpaste on pimples before bed, washed off in the shower in the morning...shower in the morning with a soft moisturizing soap such as dove and then with an oil fighter type at night (odd but helps with fighting oil and repairing damaged skin)...and odd enough try a detox pill such as cranberry or acai berry...i have done all of this for almost 3 months and I could tell a difference within only like 3 days!, and everyone asks what your secret is! and when you tell them it totally amazes them! lol! give it a try, if it don't work, you are only healthier! lol!
Its gross, but the best way to do it, is pee on a face cloth and rub it. The chemicals in urine are known to work better than any cosmetics, I'm sure they would bottle it if they could, of course you have to wash it off, I'm not suggesting you rub it on and leave it there (that would just be weird)
You should talk to your doctor. There are a couple of kinds of medication out there, but you need to get a prescription from a doctor. From what I know from my friends with this problem, there is medication that you take for a short time, then don't have to take any more.
Most people I know don't have a lot of success with non-prescription medication methods for getting rid of acne. There are creams that you can rub on, but these seem to work for a short time only. You can try to keep your back very clean by scrubbing it with a bruch, but that also doesn't work for everyone.
If your problem is bad and you want to get rid of it for goo, I would talk to a doctor.
Nothing from the stores work believe me I have tried it all you have to get meds from the doctor and then it takes about a year to clear up with those believe me it does not go away over night.

Go to the doctor and get the prescribed stuff. Or else clearasil or some other spot treatments work but they really dry the skin out.
clean and clear facewash, moisturizer, not touching your face, eating healthier, exercising
Definitely go to a dermatologist or your normal doctor. I got prescribed Tetracyclin which is a pill that you take and a cream and it worked wonders on my skin and now my face is perfectly clear I would definitely suggest going to a dermatologist!
masterbate, sometimes a build up of testasterone can cause greater break outs in acne.
acne fighting body wash and exfoliation a few times a week
see a Doctore.
