I've had anxiety for a really long time. Reminder that techniques don't work for everyone, but it's a good place to start :)
-Focus technique- WHen you walk into a room, look at four objects. When you feel an attack coming on again, look at the objects in the same order, and remind yourself that you are going to be okay.
-Stress balls. For me, having something to squeeze always helps. When I didn't use stress balls, I would dig my fingernails into my body, or squeeze my nose, or pull my hair.
-Music!!! 100% recommend having a soothing playlist and earbuds readily available. Music was the one thing that totally helped my anxiety.
-Essential oils! This might sound stupid, but don't knock it til you try the magic of a diffuser with some lavender.
-Talk about it. That was something I didn't do. If I had talked about it earlier, I really don't think it would have gotten as bad as it did. As soon as I found a few people who loved me and cared about what I was going through, it made all the difference.

next time whenever you have an anxiety attack just chant these mantras:
1) I am fine.
2) I am breathing.
3) My family and friends love me.
4) Think of happy moments and positive things.
Take long and slow breaths. Massage your neck starting from behind your neck to your collar bone.
(Anxiety is nothing but created by your own brain and to win over it you have to control your mind).
i had anxiety exercise worked for me and using nose unblocking tablets because the tablets unblocked my nose so i could breath properly because when i started to have panic attacks my nose was getting blocked
First of all, I'm incredibly sorry about your miscarriage. My sister has really bad anxiety and she tried everything and nothing helped except going to a psychiatrist so I'd recommend doing that
