My ex and I recently broke up and when I hear about him dating other girls, or even see him- I get a horrible nauseated feeling. Sometimes it feels as if my heart drop, and my stomach starts to hurt and then bam! Nauseated. Even when we were together when he did things to upset me (like cheat) that horrible feeling washes over me. How can I get rid of this feeling? I dont want to have anything to do with him anymore but its annyoing (and painful) to hear about him or see him and get this weird feeling.

Girl, you need to cut him out of your life completely. If you want me to help you, then you have to help yourself first and decide that your heart deserves better than this anxious nausea. You seriously need to delete all of his pictures, delete his phone number, delete him from Facebook and any other social networking website, and IGNORE HIM COMPLETELY. Stop giving him access into your mind. Point blank period. You deny him access by removing any thing that can possibly remind you of him. And do not allow him reentry into your mind or heart no matter what.

I have there's no way he can contact me unless through friends and even then I do not say anything. I really do want to move on and i feel like i have (gradually) its just that feeling that won't go away.
