You need a broad, varied, balanced diet.
You can't just pick out a few things and only eat those.

You know most guys don't actually find very skinny girls attractive. And if your not doing it for the guys and are doing it for health, then I might just mention trying to get really skinny is not healthy (unless you naturally have an incredibly high metabolism) and not to mention the way you're trying to do it is seriously unhealthy.
by the way that diet is terrible. I mean, you can't be serious. I never heard of a diet which includes either a hot dog or a cheeseburger everyday. I suppose you thought the rest of it wasn't high enough in calories (which it isn't anyways) and you just threw in some high calorie junk food. Terrible logic
If you want to have an attractive, healthy body. Just maintain a normal balanced diet. You don't need to do anything else except keep fit. Exercise and build some muscle on your legs and ass and tone up your stomach. Thats it.

The salad will be healthy, but you need more than that.
There are 'burgers and 'burgers. If you're getting one from McDonalds, I would say not healthy.
I'm missing fruits and vegetables in that list. Lettuce does not count. Also, it's not varied whatsoever. You'll have problems with vitamin deficiencies. Lay off the milk, you're not a baby anymore.

1) No, you should eat a VARIED diet to get all the nutrients your body needs.
2) It sounds like a lot of milk. Drink water too.
3) It should be wholemeal bread.
4) You should eat lean meat and fatty fish rather than red meat.

The best way to eat healthy is either Japanese or Italian cuisine and drink a lot of water. Not coffee or Gatorade or soda water. Real water.
The first two is just high in fat. The salad? It's the dressing that makes it fattening. Are you trying to lose weight or just trying to eat healthy?

1. She would not be getting even half of the calories she needs. She would begin to starve to death
2. She would be getting hardly any vitamins and would develop many vitamin deficiencies.
3. She would be only be getting a few minerals and would develop dozens of mineral deficiencies.
4. she would not be getting near enough water. Milk and salad contains a decent ammount but not near enough. And even if milk contained enough she would only be getting 4 glasses when your supposed to get double that of water. Other foods would usually make up for the lack of water but she has barely any that could (only lettuce and maybe the burger) but they wouldn't be anywhere near enough on their own. She would suffer from severe dehydration.
I bet anything she'd be dead within two months
