Its absolutely impossible for me to focus and im so slow at getting things done what can help?

Im always losing things missing deadlines and I can't focus on any one thing for too long. I try my hardest and remove all distraction and it helps a little but im still extremely slow at work and I can't focus. The doctor said I have add but i dont want to take drugs like adderall. So basically i study and do my work but its so inneficient it will take all day to do minor assignments. I work really hard but I often can't get it all done and getting good grades comes with a price because i litterally can't do anything else! If I choose to do all my work. I get distracted on reading and pretty much any minor disturbance and If I can't work faster I dont think I will ever beable to complete other goals of mine besides academics. Is there a natural form of adderall and does adderall have bad effects?

i have the exact same issue and i'm most likely going to see a psychologist to see if i have ADD because if that's the case i will most definitely take whatever is prescribed to me because dude, it is literally impossible to get out of this routine. i've tried my entire life to just sit down and focus and nothing helps so my only option is medication. google adderall, do your own research

Sounds like you might just want to try adderall because otherwise you're not going to be able to focus

Try simple meditation (breathing exercises) also study smart in short intervals (15 min then a short break) you will retain more in less time.

You have to go to places where there is no distractions remove your self from all people or technology that will help.

Sounds like classic ADD.
