i have the exact same issue and i'm most likely going to see a psychologist to see if i have ADD because if that's the case i will most definitely take whatever is prescribed to me because dude, it is literally impossible to get out of this routine. i've tried my entire life to just sit down and focus and nothing helps so my only option is medication. google adderall, do your own research

Sounds like you might just want to try adderall because otherwise you're not going to be able to focus
Try simple meditation (breathing exercises) also study smart in short intervals (15 min then a short break) you will retain more in less time.
You have to go to places where there is no distractions remove your self from all people or technology that will help.
