Can getting braces change your smile?

I have horrible teeth because i have a smaller mouth than average person so my teeth are crowned but i get braces soon, but can this change my smile cause it is horrible and i hate it i look ugly

Braces suck. But they work magic.
I recently just got. mine off. And I'm so glad for them.
I had to have them in combination with jaw surgery because my whole bite and teeth were fucked from birth.
I now like my face and smile a lot.

They are so worth the awkward and annoying period that you have them.

Yeah its annoying getting them when i am 17, cause i feel that will make me look worse, but oh well, i just want to be able to smile without looking disgusting

I had braces for 5 years and I'm so happy with how my teeth look now. It was a long road but totally worth it!

They will change your smile... your smile will look lovely once the braces have been removed!

Just make sure to wear your retainers afterwards otherwise the teeth go back slightly.

I had braces and before one of my tooth was the crooked one but now they're straight and it will change your smile but it'll be for the best trust me, oh and it will be painful I remember the only thing I could eat for 3 days is just yogurt

Yeah definitely!! i think you will be really thrilled once you get them off at the end of you're treatment. They are pretty annoying to have but when you get them off its worth it

I really hope they improve my smile cause everyone tells me i dont smile a lot but its cause i am hating on my smile, but since i am getting braces i am hoping it can change that, apparently i will need them for about a year and a half so hopefully it is worth it :)

I had them for about that long. Girl, NEVER be afraid to smile! I know you may not feel confident right not and that's ok! But a smile has a way of lighting up a persons face, no matter what their mouth might look like. So smile and you're braces will give you a little boost of confidence :)
