Drink a lot of water, thats probably the best and easiest way.
Drink flavored waters as a substitute for soda
Eat more raw vegetables and fruits
Consider the calories in items, its not necessary to count but don't eat something too high in calories bc then if most likely has a lot of carbs, sugar, or fats
Use less sauces/dressings
Dont eat out of the bag of chips put in it to a bowl and eat in another room so you feel less of the need to go get more
Consider if you are actually hungry or bored before you start snacking
I tried to list the easiest ways to become more healthy and lose weight. I also do a short workout before i go to bed. I is a little bit long but i have been doing it for a while, you can start small. I have come up with my nightly routine from pinterest, you may be intered in like 30 day squat challenges and stuff.
Currently I have been doing...
50 calf raises
50 squats
20 regular push ups
20 tricep push ups
140 crunches (series with modified positions)
100 bicycles
25 leg raises
3 minute pank ( 1 minute side, 1 minute other side, one minutes regular)
This may seem like a lot but you can start small, i can tell a significant difference in my weight, body, and health in general. If you start to eat healthy and you feel more balanced you may have a different view of yourself because usually if we eat a lotof junk we get bloated and get mad at ourselves in the mirror. I hope i helped, get started sooner than later!

Start going to the gym or work out for half an hour a day. Do not drink soda and if you do try 1 serving a week. No excessive candy or sweets. Try having a salad no dressing for at least once a meal every day. Don't let anyone judge you and please do not starve yourself. Good Luck and Be Confident!
It doesn't matter much WHAT you eat, but HOW much you eat of it. Eat some bread, meat, veggies, fruit, and eggs. Also, you can treat yourself to some ice cream or soda once or twice a week. But the lost important thing to do is cut down on portion size. Instead of gorging yourself 3 times a day, eat 4 or 5 tiny meals a day.
Also, you must excercize for at least an hour every day. Put together a playlist that runs for about an hour. Start the playlist, and sont stop excercizing until you go through the whole playlist everyday. You must find out which parts of your body need to lose the most weight, and which parts of your body need to lose the least. For example, if you have big thighs, but a thin waist, do less situps, and more squats. Here are the following excercizes that i would recomend for each part of the body (for the weightlifting do less weight and more reps, in order to avoid gaining too much muscle):
Upper Arms- curls, and bench press
Forearms- wrist curls
Chest- butterflies
Stomach- situps and crunches
Back- bent over rows, and pullups
Butt and thighs- squats
Shins/legs- running (treadmill or excercize bike)
Take it from a guy who lost 50lbs in about 4 months
20 pounds not a big deal but if u do what I will give u u will start seeing results after 2 weeks & actually one of the expert gave me this & it's improved :
u should get a diet before u start this
1. cardio (5 exercises 4 sets 20 seconds each exercise ): but don't do it during the day do it when u wake up from bed directly cuz ur stomach is empty & the only thing u r burning directly is ur body fat.
2. water : u should 3 liters minimum during the day.
3. protein : u should eat minimum 150g of protein also during the day & u should stop eating fat like pizza , burgers , hot dogs.
4. eat a lot of fruits.
