Search up some youtube videos. Weight lifting adds muscle, whereas bodyweight exercises just tone you a little. Blogilates is good, but she gives terrible nutrition advice, so just ignore those videos lol. Youtube is a great place to look for fitness routines. Anything from pilates, hiit, dance, yoga, and zumba are all great for toning. I love BananaBlondie108, she's funny as hell and makes really cool yoga tutorials. She's also super healthy and has some recipes too.
Do 3 sets of 15 lunges 3 day a week and it works core and but that's what my trainer says works
I've been told that lunges makes your thighs bulk with muscles. Did she say anything about that?
I have bigger thighs. I measured them to make sure I could record progress. I want to tone them, and lose fat.
