What should I work on?

No I do not want to be a skinny stick. My goal is to become more toned.. not really too bulky muscled. I have already seen some results. I'm just wondering if anyone has exercises that help tone thighs.. but not necesarily bulk them. If there are any exercises for butt, or core, let me know! I love trying to eat more healthy, and exercise daily! To the guys, is this body type acceptable? ( I will not hate myself if your body type preference is different I just want to hear your opinion. :-) )
