depends on your weight, height and general level of activity... Also high metabolism/ low metabolism matters a lot..
But to loose weight you need to burn more calories than what you eat/drink during the day.. This is to get into a calory deficit so your excess fat gets burnt instead of calories in your system..
also drinking a lot of water helps the process
As an example i have a calorie maintenance of around 2000-2500 calories per day.. if i eat more i gain weight if i eat less i loose weight.
The maintenance level of women is generally lower but you can get a rough idea by using one of the countless websites which can do the math for you

if you are really 129 and 5'6 I think you have a good height to weight rate.
have you thought about gaining some muscle?
It isn't so much about how many calories you have to burn as much as it is about the consistency of your workouts; you have to begin slow and then build your way up and allow yourself to replenish some of those calories afterwards.
I suggest seeing a doctor to make sure you even need to lose weight.
Other than that, just do thirty minutes every day and increase the resistance as you build stamina. Finish with milk or a protein shake to help your muscles heal and repeat. Give yourself time in between to allow yourself to heal as well. E. g: work out two days in a row, take one off. Etc.
For that height your weight is perfect. Don't go lower. I am 140 and still look slim. Anyway burning calories is person dependant because everybody has a different metabolism. So you cannot just put a number on it.

You sound like you're healthy and just right when it comes to your weight and height. And remember that 1 pound is 3,500 calories. It depends on your diet, portions, exercise level, how long you exercise for, how often, how intense,
You don't need to lose weight. You are at your ideal weight.
That depends on a whoooole lot of variables
We physically can't answer this questionYou have to burn off more than you eat in a day, so that number of calories depends on your lifestyle.
